In 2014 and 2016 occur in Brazil great events like World Cup and Olympic Games which objective is the union among nations in one place (Brazil) transmiting so happiness, prosperity and descontent a certain part of population that resides in the places where shall go ocuur the events.
These events move billions of dollars in construction of stadium, highways, airports, hotels, centers poly-sports, etc. These construction generatejobs, improvement the fame and reputation of the country, but fills the safes of corrupt that deviate funds for own investiments.
The population of low level is treated like a property, because it is displaced for others places of country to avoid bad impression of the country and instead these events transmit the equality, indeed transmit the inequality.
This way these great events are mere ilusions and also waste of money, because thay do not worth spend billions in reforms and construction and have one of the worst education, health, sanitation, segurity of the world, beyond have a high level of poverty.
