   You can "change" the reality in the time when happens these world envents to give the impression of a "good" country to the world, but then come back everything to normal, because the social inequality continues, the prejudice will also continue, the slum people won't let living in their "homes" in the shanty town to live in homes which are more appropriate in better places to live; poverty will continue and etc.
Then reality of Brazil will not change of truth, it can pretend to disappear or change, but unfortunately, because those who are in the "power" of the Brazil want to pass the idea of a good country without poverty, social inequality... and do not bother to change that reality.

''      Everyone knows that, there is a soccer tournament every four years and that there is a loltery to determine the country that will host this event, and for that ''alleged improvements'' are happening in the country.  But as events like this can help change the reality of Brazil?   That is the question, the government say it will make major improvements in the country, but this is quite a feat, it will actually try to hide the problems facing by the country as a sweeping dirt ender the rug to view magnificent scenery during the event, improvements that are not for all.  So those improvements can actually happen, first there are several ways to improve the country, but everything depends on the population, for example, knows better the representatives that will electto improve the coutry and these should embrace the cause, stopping to divert funds under the hood, another important measuse is to emplay unemployed people in the reforms, taking families, destitute people of the street and providing decent housing and not putting in slums to hide the misery.  When this happens, many other problems will be solved not only for the, world cup in 2014, but for many others important events like this.

         Brazil will be the home of the most important events around the world: the World Cup and the Olympic Games.

        The world will look for our country during three months, and now is the time to think in what these events will collaborate to our reality. With all attention that we will receive, the international press will relate our problems, and, probably, this will call attention of the governments, consequently, bringing improvements to Brazilian population.

           But, everybody knows that it won’t happen. The billions of dollars from these events will go to the more rich and important people on this area. The news of international press speaking about our problems won’t take effect. The real show on 2014 and 2016 will be the poverty, the social inequality and the disrespect to the people.

The cup will bring enough benefits, because with it the sport will  win more visibility. The stages now will have a infrastructure much better  that today in day not happens  in all the stadiums. The government will spend  enough money yes, but that money will  generate both in cup, both after that it ends. Then traders, hotels, those who will have profit, that will be a great opportunity, mainly the hotels. What  can not happen   it is the   government   gain   in top   also   with the money   that   they gain they   rave that   invest again that   want promote   the sport  and leave open  to the   population.

It can improve   public transport   of   cities, because the government will have   to think in measures mainly at the cities that will host   the cup, like   improve.The   transit and the public transport  ,  as those   measures will stay after   cup, they help to  improve   the   chaos in  these   two   areas.
