Rita Maria da Silveira, daughter of Dr. Jose Alves da Silveira and nurse Maria Oliveira da Silveira, was born in June 16,1963 at Esplanada-BA. She married Mr. Artur Carlos dos Santos Filho, with whom she had three childreen. She studied at the College Library of the university in 1986. and she is Post graduate Degree in schoolsupervision by Pio X College in 1992 and graduated in biology at the FTC in 2008, and currently she is a professor at public school in Itabaianinha.
